This is the Privacy Policy of Prime Plus Rewards Program and Best Fuel Rewards Application for mobile devices ("App"). This Privacy Policy provides information on the processing of your personal data as a result of being a customer of Best Petrol & Diesel Supply Pte Ltd.

Best Petrol & Diesel Supply Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore with registered number 20120780K whose registered office is at 5 Benoi Place, Level 2 Singapore 629927, is the controller for the processing of your personal data.
You may download the App without providing any information, but some of its features require registration and verification. You are given the option to provide us your location information. This will allow you to find the nearest Shell Petrol Station location and its directions.
To access Prime Plus Rewards Program, you are required to register by providing your name, last 4 digits of your identification card, date of birth, age, and address. Providing an email address is optional. When you register for an account through the App, we may collect your name, last 4 digits of your identification card, mobile number, Shell Card number, along with other information you may choose to submit during registration.
We use your personal data to provide you with the Prime Plus services, to communicate with you about your account and our services, to process transactions, to improve our services, and to investigate fraud and to enforce its Terms and Conditions.
Best Petrol & Diesel Supply Pte Ltd may disclose your personal data to any of the following:
• Authorised third party companies involved in the operation of the Prime Plus, such as any other company that is permitted to supply products and/or services to Prime Plus and App members;
• Any agents, service providers and/or subcontractors of Best Petrol & Diesel Supply Pte Ltd and its affiliates;
• Any person to whom Best Petrol & Diesel Supply Pte Ltd proposes to transfer any of its rights and/or duties.
Best Petrol & Diesel Supply Pte Ltd uses third parties for certain processing, such as website hosting. The collected personal data may be transferred to authorised third parties, which may be located outside of Singapore as part of the services offered to you.
With your consent, Best Petrol & Diesel Supply Pte Ltd may also share your information with other third parties such as our partners. These third parties will use your information for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy.
Except as set out in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose any personal data without your permission unless we are legally entitled or required to do so or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and/or defend our rights, property or personal safety and those of our users/customers or other individuals.
Upon your request to discontinue your participation in the Prime Plus or to end your relationship with Best Petrol & Diesel Supply Pte Ltd, we will close the applicable accounts as soon as reasonably possible. We will also close or deactivate inactive customer accounts and close accounts that are used in violation of this Privacy Policy or applicable Terms and Conditions.
Personal data from closed or deactivated accounts will be deleted or rendered anonymous as soon as is reasonably possible. Under certain circumstances we will retain personal data from closed or deactivated accounts or for longer period, such circumstances being the prevention of fraud or to otherwise take actions permitted or required by law.
